Nice product, but subscription service needs improving

I like the product, especially as an evening winter-time drink and alternative to eating/craving naughty chocolate bars. My poor review relates to the subscription service, not the product. I got an email in the middle of the night stating my next subscription was due, followed by another a couple of hours later to say the next order was placed, so there was no chance to edit the order or pause it. I attempted to cancel any upcoming subscriptions via the website, but wasn't able to do so. After receiving the order confirmation, I promptly wrote to bare cacao (to complain about the timing of their emails, request delaying it and help with canceling my ongoing subscription but have not had a response for over a week. I really would like some help with if anyone from bare cacao is reading this!! Thank you.

Tasty brew

We like strong decaffeinated coffee and always add Bare Cacao when we make our coffee. This adds a delicious something extra to the taste and its good to know that its doing us good as well as well as tasting so good.
